REDEX participated in the inaugural I-REC Day Mexico 2025. Held in Mexico City on 21 February, the event brought together key opinion leaders, renewable energy experts and policymakers to explore the application of I-REC(E) in Mexico.
Topics discussed at the event include: the challenges in the Mexican renewable energy markets; the opportunities ahead for I-REC certification; how the adoption of I-REC(E) benefits businesses; strategies on renewable energy procurement; and innovative technological solutions that are shaping the Mexican REC landscape.
REDEX CEO Kang Jen Wee, COO Lee Chee Yong, and LATAM Country Manager Diogo Bettencourt attended the event, engaging with Mexican policymakers, regulators and business leaders to explore potential collaborations to advance renewable energy development in Mexico.
