HR/Admin Assistant

Job Description & Requirements

  • Communicate with vendors regarding general office maintenance
  • Ensure stock levels of pantry supplies, stationery, and office equipment are maintained
  • Manage petty cash reimbursement
  • Coordinate courier services and handle incoming/outgoing mails
  • Issue access cards to new hires and set up printer IDs
  • Liaise with suppliers for name card printing
  • Manage the full cycle of internships including job advertisement, interview arrangements, grants and job offers
  • Assist with refreshments and catering orders for company events
  • Review and validate invoices (e.g. Telco & Internet bills and Season parking charges)
  • Handle any additional ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Fast learner with a willing-to-do attitude, proactive, multitasking abilities and takes ownership to complete assigned tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including key account clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market segments for business expansion.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through partnerships and formulate new ideas for B2B collaboration.

  • Attend conferences and networking sessions to increase the company’s customer outreach.

Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree business/economics or other related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • A strong track record of achieving sales targets, and relationship management.
  • Experience in renewable energy and renewable energy certificates will be advantageous.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English is required.
  • Proficiency in other regional language, both written and spoken, will be advantageous.

Job Description

  • Conduct market research on clients and markets and identify opportunities to increase the network of buyers/sellers on our digital platform
  • Participate in lead generation activities and plan how to onboard clients to our digital platform
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and respond to all potential clients’ queries
  • Take account lead on key clients, from closure of partnership deals to working with various internal stakeholders (Product, Software, Finance, Legal) on key deliverables
  • Support documentation and sales fulfilment processes, including invoicing and other filing

Required Skills:

Visual Communication

– Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.-Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques to create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials.

Video Editing

– Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or similar platforms to produce high-quality marketing videos.

Animation

– Basic knowledge of animation principles and software like Adobe After Effects to create animated elements in videos or standalone animations.

Creativity and Attention to Detail

– Ability to generate innovative ideas and maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.

Communication Skills

– Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and comprehend project requirements.

– To work closely with the team to conceptualise and execute various marketing campaigns that support marketing goals-provide support for other marketing initiatives such as events and publications.
