Mr Clarence Tan
Board Member
Mr Tan is a lawyer whose area of practice covers mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital work and commercial disputes. Clarence has seen through the entire lifecycle of business organizations, acting for listed companies, SMEs and start-ups in a myriad of industries such as clean energy, technology, manufacturing and FinTech.
Previously, Clarence practised in mergers & acquisitions, funds, tax and private client departments of two of the “Big Four” Singapore law firms. He also worked as an in-house counsel at a Temasek Holdings portfolio company, and a leading property developer listed on the mainboard of the SGX-ST. Not content to just being a legal practitioner, Clarence has also been trained in accounting and finance, which enables him to provide commercially orientated insights from a business owner perspective as opposed to just the black letter law.
Mr Xiao Zhao Tan
Board Member
Mr. Xiao currently serves on the Board of T-RECs.ai, Asia’s leading trading platform for Renewable Energy Certificates. He is also a Venture Partner with WI Harper, a pioneering cross-border venture capital fund founded in 1993 investing across the US, Greater China, and Asia Pacific. From 2018 to 2021, Zhaotan served as Board Director and Asia Pacific President at RWDC Industries, a biotech materials company focused on replacing single-use plastics.
Zhaotan started his career in Capital Markets at 3 major investment banks – JP Morgan, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, and ANZ – and left banking after 14 years as Global Head of Commodities Trading.
Mr Henry Wong
Board Member
Mr. Wong has accumulated more than 26 years in financing, internal controls and corporate governance experience. Mr. Wong is also an independent non-executive director of Raffles Interior Limited (stock code: 1376), a company listed on the Stock Exchange.
Mr. Wong graduated from City University in Hong Kong in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and also obtained a master’s degree in electronic commerce from the Open University of Hong Kong in 2003. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as a certified internal auditor.
Mr Kang Jen Wee

With 15 years of experience in solar renewable energy industry, Mr. Kang Jen Wee has handled various portfolios in sales and equipment across Asia. He has developed and optimized business processes for EPC and PPA businesses, as well as business models for Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) in Singapore. Jen Wee has been invited as a Speaker at various forums including the Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW), the leading platform in Asia for energy stakeholders. Jen Wee is also a key contributing member of Singapore RECs Standard SS 673:2021
Mr Guai Ti Howe
Chief Financial Officer
Ti Howe started his career with the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), where he spent eight years managing a global fixed income portfolio as part of the Quantitative Fixed Income team.
After leaving GIC in 2004, Ti Howe joined the investment banking industry, and spent the next 18 years at JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers and Nomura. In his last position at Nomura, Ti Howe was Managing Director, Head of Central Bank and Sovereign Wealth Fund Sales for South East Asia.
Ti Howe holds a BSc (High Honors) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and a MSc in Computer Science, both from the University of California at Berkeley.
Mr Son Le
Chief Technology Officer
With over 10 years experience in the Software Development industry as the leader in multiple projects, Mr. Son Le has been involved in stock exchange projects, building order matching systems, stock analysis programs as well as developing recommendation systems using unsupervised learning algorithms, a type of machine learning. He is instrumental in the development of our blockchain trading platform REHash and other up-coming innovative products. Son Le is also experienced in developing indoor location and promotion systems.
Mr Lee Chee Yong

Mr. Lee Chee Yong has 20 years of experience in IT as a Developer, Integration Engineer, Quality Assurance Manager, Platform Manager, Scrum Master and Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining us, CY was a Senior Vice President at DBS, serving as Core Banking Platform Agile Coach and PMO Head. In the last 10 years, he has contributed significantly in the Agile and Digital Transformation of organizations including DBS Bank, Singapore Airlines, Standard Chartered and NCS. CY holds a MEng from Cornell University, an MBA from NUS, and professional certifications from AWS, GCP, Scrum.org, CISSP, TOGAF 9.

Mr Lee Kheng Nam

Mr Lee is presently Deputy Chairman of Vertex Venture Holdings Ltd (VVH), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited engaged in the venture capital direct investment and fund management business. Mr Lee is also Venture Partner of GGV Capital and Chairman of Advantec Pte Ltd, an investment holding company.
Mr Lee was General Manager (1988 to February 1995) and subsequently President of Vertex Management Pte Ltd (VMPL), and executive Director of VVH from March 1995 to February 2004. Prior to this, he was with the NatSteel group of companies as the Senior Manager of the Project Development Department and the Ministry of National Development where he was Deputy Director of Planning.
Mr Lee sits on the board Creative Technology Ltd, a public-listed company in Singapore. He is also a board member of several private companies including Thunes, Structo3D and Zero 2.5. He had served as Chairman of Heptagon Micro Optics Pte Ltd (acquired by ams AG) and was also on the boards of China Finance Online, Gemplus International S.A. (merged into Gemalto) and Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd.
Mr Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (First Class Honours) from Queen’s University, Canada and a Master of Science degree (with distinction) in Operations Research and Systems Analysis from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, and a Diploma in Business Admin from National University of Singapore.

As the CEO of PacificLight, Mr Yu Tat Ming is responsible for the business strategy and overall direction of the company. He has worked to establish best-in-class efficiency practices as the mandate of PacificLight, making it one of the most efficient and modern power plants in Singapore. Tat Ming has been instrumental in driving key strategic decisions, including expanding PacificLight’s green energy offerings to both commercial and residential customers. PacificLight has partnered with us to offer accredited Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) as part of its Sunny Side-Up plan, which is currently the most competitive renewable plan in Singapore. To date, close to 8,500 of PacificLight’s existing customers are 100% renewable and carbon neutral in their energy consumption.

Sentosa Golf Club
Mr Johnston has taken the lead in helping the local golf community become more aware of the global threat of climate change, and helped elevate Sentosa Golf Club as one of the most recognised eco-friendly golf facilities in the world. He has initiated numerous green practices at the golf club, including removing plastic bottles from golf carts, biodegradable bags in the locker rooms and bee colonies. The club has also reinvested in energy efficient air-conditioning that has earned a Platinum Green Mark from the Building Construction Authority, and has plans in place to harvest solar energy during the day to charge its battery-powered golf carts at night.

Cyclect Group
Melvin Tan, Managing Director of the Cyclect Group, successfully expanded and transformed the business portfolio, from a small appliance repair shop in 1943 to a multi-business engineering services group operating in nine countries. The group has five major business groups: EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), IFM (Integrated Facility Management), MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services), Energy Solutions and Development Services.
Melvin is a lifelong learner and has weathered two decades of economic cycles through the company’s almost eight decades of history. He is a believer that perpetual innovation is a main ingredient in sustaining and enhancing competitive advantage and enterprise value.
