Provision of software development, testing, maintenance, deployment, operation and settlement of cloud-based platform for management of Renewable Energy Certificates through its REHash and REConnect applications.
ISMS Policy
REDEX Information Security Policy provides the foundation for Provision of secure and reliable one-stop ecosystem for RECs, supporting clients through the full REC lifecycle – asset registration, verification, marketplace, generation data, REC issuance, transactions and retirement. This policy aims to promote information security at the workplace and the collective responsibility of the management and all employees in observing information security practices.
As part of our security management system framework, REDEX aims to provide a safe and secure ISO 27001 operating environment by protecting the company from potential information security threats and minimizing impacts of incidents.
To achieve these objectives, we will ensure that our Information Security Management System comply with:
- ISO 27001: 2022,
- REDEX Business organizational, HR and financial policies,
- Current applicable legislation, regulatory, statutory requirements, including other Service Level Agreements to which the company subscribes to.
REDEX is committed to ensuring the security of our operations and protection of our information assets and infrastructure through the continual improvement of our ISMS Information Security Management System. This policy will be effectively communicated to our internal and external stakeholders so that they will be aware of our security expectations.
