REDEX Founder and CEO Jen Wee Kang contributed insights at the Rajah & Tann Asia Regional M&A Conference, held on 28 August 2024.
Joining the panel discussion entitled “Legal Perspectives on Deal-making in the Green Economy – A Spotlight on the Energy Transition”, Jen Wee provided an overview on decarbonisation and how corporations are adopting renewable energy with respect to Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs).
The panel also explored Rajah & Tann Asia’s experience in corporate and acquisition transactions in the green economy and in relation to the energy transition. Other panelist speakers include Ibrahim Assegaf, Shemane Chan, Tan Mui Hui and Jack Chor and moderator Lee Weilin.
